
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Stud Finder (optional), level, electric drill, drywall saw (optional), screw driver, wrenches or sockets, and a 5/32 dia. drill.
Designed for location between studs on 16" centers
1) Identify desired wall location.
2) Locate studs.
3) CAUTION Check for utilities, plumbing, vents, cable, antenna, etc., between studs, in desired area, before drilling or sawing.
4) Drill (4) holes in corners of area to be cut-out. Approximate opening size: Model "B"- 14 1/2" X 14 1/2"
5) Saw horizontally and vertically to corner holes
6) Place safe into opening and install by drilling 5/32 dia. holes through the holes on the faceplate and install one-way screws.
7) Drill 5/32 dia. holes through the holes in the sides of the safe. Install lag bolts into wood or steel studs.
